Job Description
1. Outsourced DC warehouse management
- 4 warehouses operated by 3PL
- Management scope includes: Inbound coordination/ Inventory accuracy/
Customer order delivery /Safety/Quality /Cost control
2. Mill Outbound Transportation operation management
- Transportation resource planning, Delivery management , Cost validation ,
- Full Year cost : 5.5m USD , 25% of total distribution cost
3. Import inbound coordination :
- Stakeholder : Planning/Warehouse/Unloading Vendor/Customer broker/Trailer
- 2024 Full Year : 533 containers inbound
4.Tawian and HongKong Cost coordinator
- Wave System key use
- Coordination to drive initiatives and saving calculation
