This position is a “Contingent Hire” position contingent upon a potential award of a new U.S. Navy contract to QED Systems.
Salary Range: $75.000/year - $90,000/year
Job Description: The 3-M/365 Specialist shall provide 3-M/365 process knowledge support and training to Ship’s Force to facilitate enhanced shipboard personnel performance using 3-M/365 processes, assessments, and electronic data systems to provide maintenance management support for optimum material condition readiness.
Job Requirements/skill sets: The 3-M/365 Specialist must have ten (10) years naval shipboard experience as military, civil service, or contractor supporting USN surface ship operation and/or maintenance and served one tour as either a command 3MC and/or TYCOM/ATG 3M inspector. The 3-M/365 Specialist must be qualified in NEC 811A (or equivalent military/civilian experience) and/or PQS 43241(series) watch station 307. The 3-M/365 Specialist must also have five (5) years experience in conducting and/or reviewing compliance audits, certifications, and assessments.
Education Requirements: Completion of a High school degree is required.
Security Clearance/Naval Facility Access: U.S. citizenship required. Must be able to meet and maintain eligibility for U.S. Secret Clearance and be able to access U.S. Navy ships, military facilities, naval shipyards, and private shipyards.
