Job Responsibilities :

The Motion Designer will be part of Razer’s Ad Team under the Post-Production sub-team, creating world-class creatives that drives Razer’s global advertising campaigns across hardware, lifestyle, and gaming gear. Reporting to the Associate Manager, Art Director, this role works alongside other Motion Designers while collaborating closely with 3D Motion Designers, Copywriters, and cross-functional teams to bring trailers and brand content to life. The assets created will be deployed globally across digital platforms, including social media, ads, events, retail environments, and web.

• Create and execute motion graphics, animation, and compositing for product trailers, launch films, and branded content.
• Collaborate with Art Directors, 3D Motion Designers and Copywriters to ensure cohesive storytelling and alignment with campaign objectives.
• Translate creative briefs into high-quality 3D executions that showcase product features and design with clarity and impact.
• Design and optimize shaders, textures, lighting, 3D models, and VFX to ensure visual fidelity and seamless integration into creative assets.
• Contribute to storyboarding and pre-visualization for 3D projects to align direction across creative teams.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, to translate product features into impactful creative assets.
• Support the Art Director in upholding creative consistency, quality, and adherence to Razer’s brand identity.
• Ensure deliverables are optimized for multiple global platforms, including social, advertising, events, retail, and web.
• Manage tasks effectively to deliver on time in a fast-paced, campaign-driven environment.
• Keep up with evolving post-production and motion design trends to maintain world-class standards.

Pre-Requisites :

• 3+ years of professional experience in 3D motion design, animation, or related creative fields.
• Strong proficiency in Cinema 4D, Redshift, and Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong portfolio of 3D key visuals, animations, storyboards, and cinematic storytelling.
• Good understanding of shaders, textures, lighting, VFX, camera animation, and modelling techniques.
• Excellent grasp of animation principles, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary creative team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills for a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Passion for gaming, esports, and youth culture, with the ability to translate cultural trends into creative storytelling.
• Based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
