Responsibilities
- Manage and conduct training sessions for enterprise/academic users and provide support
- Organizing and facilitating workshops, seminars, and live demonstrations
- Participating in client projects on and off-site (open to domestic and international travel if needed)
- Collaborating with the CLO Korea Team to broaden our clientele; 3D implementation and participating in Proof of Concept(PoC) projects etc.
- Collaborating with software developers to propose innovative features and applications for development
- Localization of CLO materials and training curriculums that enhance user engagement in the region
- Creating 3D content for: user engagement, social media, and various initiatives by taking into account the local circumstances
Requirements
- Qualifications in fashion/apparel
- 2-5yrs work experience in the fashion industry (in a technical role is highly favoured)
- Self-motivated, and able to actively contribute and collaborate in a global team-oriented setting
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong working relationships with clients
- Able to prioritise work and meet deadlines in a time-sensitive fast-paced environment
- Tech savvy: as a member of a software / tech company, candidates must quickly adapt to new software and show proficiency with technology
- Personal qualities: self-motivated, strategic thinker, logical, passion for learning, collaborative, open
- Must be fluent in English
Plus if you have
- Experience and/or personal interest in: CLO software / Other 3D software (Unreal Engine, Blender, Daz Studio, etc) / 2D CAD (Optitex, Lectra, etc)
- Additional language proficiency
- Previous remote working experience
