We are over 550 professionals and currently looking for a 3D Art Manager.
Job Description
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a 3D/VFX team, ensuring projects are completed on time.
- Oversee resource allocation, ensuring effective utilization of team members.
- Ensure quality assurance throughout the production pipeline.
- Motivate and retain team members by providing clear guidance, feedback, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with HR on hiring, onboarding, and training new staff members.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Continuously review and improve processes and pipelines to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Resolve challenges promptly, ensuring smooth project delivery.
Qualifications
We Expect you to Have:
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing a team.
- Leadership skills: the ability to guide and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth, creativity, and skill development.
- Skill in conveying project goals, feedback, and expectations clearly and constructively to both senior and junior team members.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience presenting and pitching to executive leadership and internal and external partners.
- Proficiency in both English and Russian.
- A general understanding and interest in 3D or VFX art.
- Experience in game development is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in VFX or 3D is a plus.
