EBCAP is seeking a detail-driven, mission-minded professional to take ownership of our 340B Drug Pricing Program — one of the most impactful cost-saving tools in community health. In this role, you will ensure every dollar of 340B savings is directed toward the patients who need it most, while keeping the program audit-ready, compliant, and growing. You will also support organizational grant development to advance our programs and community impact.
What You’ll Do
• Own daily 340B operations across all eligible sites, contract pharmacies, and vendors — keeping records, recertifications, and manufacturer portal requirements current.
• Monitor compliance with HRSA/OPA guidance, Medicaid rules, and the Rhode Island 340B Access Law, partnering with Finance, IT/EHR, and clinical teams to maintain data integrity.
• Help leadership channel 340B savings into expanded patient services and health equity initiatives.
• Lead internal self-audits and coordinate external reviews, keeping the program perpetually audit-ready.
• Translate utilization data, replenishment activity, and exception reports into clear dashboards and monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for leadership.
• Drive corrective action planning when compliance gaps are identified.
• Identify and track local, state, federal, and private funding opportunities aligned with EBCAP’s mission.
• Support the full grant lifecycle — from proposal writing and budget coordination through submission, post-award reporting, and compliance tracking.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Experience
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in healthcare compliance, program coordination, grants administration, or healthcare operations.
• Experience with federally funded healthcare programs and regulatory compliance preferred.
• Experience with 340B Program operations, contract pharmacy oversight, or healthcare reimbursement strongly preferred.
