3003 Infotainment Systems Requirements Engineer Jr

The Infotainment Systems Requirements Engineer can work either in physical engineering or a software engineering project; identifying specific deliverables and demands of a project, especially the specifications, timeline, and budget assignment. They work on documents such as the terms of references, project management briefs, and project design. To be able to accomplish these tasks, a requirements engineer needs to have a good grasp of technical writing and translating clients' needs into a working document.

Responsibilities:

• Develop software/ hardware improvement and diagnosis of infotainment and connected systems

• Perform software and/or hardware analysis

• Prepare action plans to keep programs on track in developed timelines

• Find issues; root cause; and solve

• Interface with vehicle teams, HMI, validation, requirement leads, technical specialists

• Knowledge of Infotainment Systems Engineering

• Knowledge of Requirements Documentation and Definition

• Knowledge of Validation practices

• Knowledge of Quality Methods and tools

• Knowledge of vehicle system architecture

• Knowledge of Bluetooth, USB, Ethernet/Wifi and telecommunications protocols is a plus

• Knowledge with CAN (Canoe) bus is a plus

• High level of proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing)
