You'll be embedded at the heart of the rollout, working alongside the Operational Technology team on cutting-edge technology that's already live with energy clients across the globe. What you'll actually be doing: Getting deep into the new Lighthouse suite, becoming the goto expert in your location. You'll run user testing, hunt down issues before they cause problems, deliver training that actually lands, and be the person your colleagues rely on when the system
goes live. You'll be gathering feedback, driving adoption, and making sure the way we work tomorrow is better than the way we work today. What we're looking for: You know Peterson's operations. You're comfortable with technology, fast to learn, and the kind of person who steps up rather than waits to be told. You can explain things clearly, stay calm under pressure, and you genuinely want to help people through change - not just tick a box. Most importantly, you bring positivity to everything you do.
