  • Communicate clearly with internal partners, stores, vendors, and support teams to close individual issues and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Resolve individual order and vendor issues where possible, escalating complex or recurring concerns to the Associate Manager with clear context and recommended next steps.

  • Support day-to-day vendor management, DSCO execution, vendor follow-ups, and operational issue resolution across purchase orders, inventory updates, acknowledgements, ASNs, cancellations, and other dropship execution gaps.
  • Monitor product availability, aged orders, late ASNs, cancellations, and other operational exceptions using daily reports, dashboards, and trackers.
  • Partner with the Transportation team to support order tracking with carrier partners, helping investigate delivery status impacting Online Assortment orders.
  • Surface recurring issues, operational gaps, manual work, and exception patterns for deeper investigation, reporting, automation, or process improvement.

  • Strong ability to manage high-volume operational inboxes, triage incoming issues, and follow through on time-sensitive escalations.
  • Experience working with vendors, stores, contact centre teams, or cross-functional business partners to resolve operational issues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate individual issues, identify next steps, and escalate appropriately when broader support is required.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to balance daily execution with consistent documentation, follow-up, and issue tracking.
