10+ years overall experience in Oracle HCM functional
5+ years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM Cloud
Experience of Oracle HCM Cloud implementation
Implementation and support experience in Core HR, Recruitment, Talent Management, Absence Management, Compensation and Benefits modules
Strong functional troubleshooting skills in Cloud HCM modules (primarily functional, some technical)
Knowledge of Person Security, Area of Responsibility, Reference Data Set
Scenario-based setup configuration and setup modifications on listed modules
Experience with analytical tools: OTBI and Power BI
