What You’ll Do:
Navitas is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Business Analyst to support critical business application initiatives. The Business Analyst will work closely with customer stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership to understand business processes, gather and assess system requirements, and support the deployment and documentation of modernized IT solutions.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Requirements Gathering & Analysis
- Work directly with business users and customer counterparts to gather, analyze, and document system functionality requirements and business process flows.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and support solution configuration requirements.
- Conduct gap analysis and propose recommendations for system enhancements.
- Technical & Project Support
- Provide technical support for business application development and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with developers and testers to ensure requirements are properly implemented.
- Support application testing and validation efforts, including test case creation and UAT support.
- Documentation & Communication
- Create clear and concise documentation, including business requirements, process flows, training materials, and knowledge base content.
- Assist in the preparation of materials for project planning, sprint reviews, and stakeholder briefings.
- Provide input to the Senior Consultant and Project Manager regarding progress, blockers, and suggested improvements.
- Training & Knowledge Transfer
- Participate in and support training activities, including the development of training manuals and conducting knowledge transfer sessions for end users and stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role supporting enterprise systems.
Proven experience in gathering and analyzing business and functional requirements.
Strong understanding of business processes and system workflows.
Excellent communication skills and experience interfacing with both technical teams and end users.
Experience in Agile environments and familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or VersionOne.
Exposure to enterprise platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.).
Experience supporting government or public sector clients.
