What You’ll Do:
- Define and implement test strategies, frameworks, and processes.
- Ensure comprehensive test coverage and promote software quality standards.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Analyze test results, report findings, and recommend improvements.
- Mentor QA team members in advanced testing practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in software testing and test automation.
- Strong knowledge of modern testing tools, frameworks, and CI/CD practices.
- Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities.
