General Activities:
The Project Manager will be responsible to maintain the Gantt chart and timeline. To create, maintain, and update the time chart working closely with the International Group
The Project Manager's responsibilities will include:
- Create and maintain mid-level detail overall project Gantt-style timelines
- Create a Project file that has a schedule with significant enough detail to identify critical paths
- Consider of program funding approvals and quotation process for building and long lead equipment
- Developing, monitoring, and maintaining progress of project plans.
- Documenting risks, issues, and contingency plans; ensuring resolution of issues and removal of project barriers.
- Controlling and reporting progress to the Project Steering Committee, including escalating any risks and issues, as appropriate, in a timely manner
- Providing weekly status updates (written and verbal) and conducting regular project team status meetings as needed.
- Managing the project, overseeing, and tracking development progress, and ensuring project assignments and progresses align with project timelines.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
- 4+ years of project management experience for large-scale Enterprise Implementations.
- Experienced with OEM plants or vehicule industry is a must.
- Experienced with Gantt charts using Microsoft project is a must.
- Must be able to involve with different teams in understanding, maintaining, and defining the processes.
- Experience with the definition of critical routes.
- Experience with detecting risks in projects. (Documenting risks, issues, and contingency plans; ensuring resolution of issues and removal of project barriers.)
- Should be able to travel to Escobedo every once in while, preferably located in Monterrey, Nuevo León.
