What You’ll Do:
As the Solution Architect, you’ll translate requirements created by functional analysts into the architecture that will constitute the design/blueprint for the solution. Communicate and describe the solution through architecture and design artifacts. Ensures the solution aligns with the roadmaps established by enterprise architecture and associated principles. Drives alignment and buy-in across the development team.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Develop and maintain the solution architectures for the COT products, PaaS, and SaaS technology product stacks.
- Develop and maintain reusable technology patterns and decision trees for both cloud-native and non-native services.
- Develop and maintain reference architectures for all service areas, including security, data, DevOps, and advanced analytics etc.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, development teams, and portfolio architects as part of the solutions delivery process.
- Present technical capabilities, reference architectures, capability maturity, and pattern workflows to stakeholders and executives.
- Create technical requirement documents for development teams to build workflows.
- Create detailed documentation about the product architectures for the business and technical resources.
- Create detailed metrics for the pattern adoption for the executives and stake holders.
- Assure to present the technology patterns and reference architectures in the Architecture communities and Review Boards.
- Serve as primary technical contact with the client.
- Gather product requirements from customers.
- Evaluate, and when necessary, prototype, alternatives to determine the most appropriate approach for each solution.
- Determine how to satisfy these requirements
- Where appropriate, define new services to fulfill a project's particular needs.
- Prepare functional specifications that can be understood by customers and internal development teams.
- Work with the professional services team members to estimate the work for a given project.
- At times work directly with the internal client to coordinate new projects, many of which will involve multiple phases.
- Transition finished projects to the support group
- Salesforce Omnistudio is a must.
What You’ll Need:
- Key Skills: Cloud Computing, Generative AI, Enterprise Architecture, Solutions Architecture, expertise in Salesforce.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field. (Post graduate degree strongly preferred)
- Certification: Cloud Architect Associate/Professional – Azure/AWS/GCP
- 15+ years of progressive experience with an emphasis in software systems applications, design, development and inter-connectivity.
