We’re looking for individuals to join our 2027 Summer Internship Program at our corporate headquarters in Columbus, OH who share our people-first philosophy and are eager to bring fresh insights, leadership, and unique talents to help us continually innovate and grow.
Our internship program is designed to build both personal and professional skills by providing meaningful, project-based experiences outside of the classroom. Interns will gain hands-on exposure to real business challenges, expand their professional networks, and have opportunities to give back to the community.
What You’ll Do
Project Work (80% of time): Lead or contribute to a business-driven project that could include:
- Generating ideas for product or process improvements
- Designing new tools, systems, or playbooks to enhance efficiency
- Supporting innovation and transformation initiatives
Presentation: Share your project results and recommendations with your manager, mentors, and senior leadership at the end of the program.
Learning & Development (20% of time): Participate in training sessions on topics such as business etiquette, transformational thinking, interviewing skills, and resume development.
Community Involvement: Take part in a community service project alongside your intern peers.
