ICF is seeking a Business Transformation Analyst to support our growing organization.
You will work in the Business Transformation Office (BTO), which serves as a central team leading corporate transformation projects across ICF.
Your skills will lend themselves to working closely with a project team of operational, technical and functional subject matter experts (SMEs) and leaders.
This is an entry-level, 10-week, full-time internship expected to begin in June and end in August. Work will hybrid from Reston, VA. Pay is expected to be $23 per hour for undergraduate interns and $28/hour for graduate interns. At this time, we are unable to provide housing nor relocation assistance for this position.
You will:
- Support our internal business transformation by contributing to prominent corporate strategic initiatives
- Support our internal change management team in the development and dissemination of communications and training materials (e.g., job aids)
- Communicate and partner with a variety of stakeholders across the organization to deliver projects on time
- Coordinate meetings including taking notes and maintaining PowerBi dashboards with project statuses
- Have the opportunity to network with executive leadership
Basic Qualifications
- By start date, a minimum of 15 completed college-level credit hours in business, Administration, Information Systems, Marketing, Communications, Management, Economics, Public Policy, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A completed Bachelor’s degree and enrollment verification or 9 credit hours completed in a graduate program related to business, Administration, Information Systems, Marketing, Communications, Management, Economics, Public Policy, or related field.
- Experience in product or change management
- Familiarity with project management principles and tools
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience in building and maintaining productive partnerships
- Solid computer skills with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, and Visio)
- Prior use of MS Project or PowerBI a plus
Professional Skills:
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills to include experience with developing and delivering presentations, editing, and proofreading
- Strong organizational skills to manage priorities, time and resource effectively
- Willingness and ability to quickly learn and understand project and change management concepts (Agile, ADKAR etc.).
- Ability to explain complex or technical concepts in an easily understandable written format
- Ability to operate and adapt in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous, work environment
