As an Associate in the Investment Banking Program, you will be part of a team that supports clients through strategic transactions and capital raising. From day one, you will contribute directly to live projects, build relationships with clients and senior bankers, and support work that helps clients achieve their strategic objectives in today's dynamic environment.

What to Expect
The program begins with six weeks of comprehensive training covering financial accounting, credit analysis, valuation, and modelling. You will also prepare for Series 63, 79, and SIE license exams.
Following training, you will step directly into live deal execution and client advisory work, with responsibility for deliverables and workstreams across transactions and strategic client engagements. Your responsibilities may include:
• Building valuation models and supporting transaction execution
• Leading workstreams and driving completion of key deliverables
• Conducting company and industry research to inform client advice and transaction strategy
• Preparing and reviewing client materials and pitch presentations
• Participating in diligence sessions, client meetings, and internal discussions
• Coordinating with senior bankers, analysts, and partners across sectors and geographies
• Supporting the development of junior team members
Throughout the program, you will receive coaching, mentorship, and ongoing feedback while building the capabilities required to progress within investment banking.

Required Qualifications
• 2+ years of investment banking program experience or equivalent, demonstrated through work, military service, training, or education
Desired Qualifications
• MBA with an expected graduation date of December 2026 to June 2027
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to operate effectively both independently and in teams
• Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) skills
• Track record of leadership or involvement in professional or academic initiatives
Licensing Requirements
• FINRA registration for SIE, Series 63 (or 66), and Series 79 must be completed within 90 days of hire if not already held. Recognized equivalents will be accepted.

NC (Charlotte): $175,000 Yearly
NY (New York City): $175,000 Yearly
TX (Houston): $175,000 Yearly

This position is subject to FINRA background screening requirements. Candidates must successfully complete and pass a background check prior to hire.
