ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM:
The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas Internship Program is a prestigious, cohort-based experience that attracts top talent from across the country for paid, full-time summer internships spanning majors and functional areas – from economic research and finance to Cash Services, IT, and beyond. While interns take on a specific functional role for the summer with meaningful work and opportunities to grow, the program offers much more than a single assignment. Dedicated staff mentors help launch your career, and curated cohort programming provides broad exposure to central banking, direct access to senior leaders and industry experts, and dedicated learning and development opportunities. As part of the Federal Reserve System, you'll also build a professional network of peers that spans the nation. The program runs approximately for 10-12 weeks, beginning in mid-to-late May and concluding in August. For this specific position, you will be located in the Dallas office.

ABOUT YOUR TEAM:
Join the Digital Workplace Windows Team as a Summer Intern and contribute to key initiatives that shape the future of end-user computing across the Federal Reserve System. This internship offers hands-on experience in enterprise-scale IT transformation and product delivery, ideal for candidates passionate about technology, collaboration, and innovation.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Support PC Hardware Refresh Initiatives by coordinating with vendors to introduce the next generation of Windows devices.
- Assist with Cloud Migration Projects, helping transition endpoint management workloads from on-premises infrastructure to modern cloud-based platforms.
- Collaborate on Product Development, working alongside product managers, scrum masters, and engineering teams to enhance the delivery of Windows-based products and services using Agile and product management best practices.

WORK HOURS:
