We’re looking for a Graduate Project Manager to join our team in Christchurch. 

How you’ll make a difference: 

• Support the team in managing complex projects, focusing on local clients and services to ensure alignment with project goals and client expectations. 
• Oversee specific phases of projects, gaining hands-on experience in project lifecycle management and contributing to overall project success. 
• Proactively identify potential challenges, analyse issues, and develop effective solutions to enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction. 
• Make objective, data-driven decisions that consider broader implications, ensuring project direction aligns with strategic objectives. 
• Work within a multidisciplinary team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and skill development.

• Graduate Attributes: We’re seeking graduates with strong communication and teamwork skills, a proactive and adaptable mindset, and a commitment to professionalism and integrity. 
• Bachelor’s Degree: You must be in your final year or completed a Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering 
• Graduate Year: You must have completed your studies and have graduated before starting the program.  
• Commencement: You must be able to commence work by February 2027. We are open to mid-year finishers who are able to commence by July 2027. 
• Working Rights: You must have full working rights to work in Australia or New Zealand before applying. We do accept candidates with student and graduate visas.
