In this role, you will:
- Participate in formal internship program and workshops for low complexity initiatives within Internship Program
- Review various assignments to become familiar with policies and procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained, related to low-to-medium risk tasks and deliverable
- Receive direction from a manager and exercise independent judgment while developing understanding of compliance and risk management requirements for the supported area
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- 6+ months of work experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's/master's degree with min 16 years of formal education in the following majors: Business Administration, Business Intelligence, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Management or related business field with an expected graduation completion date between March 2028 - August 2028
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
- Demonstrated business acumen and business analysis skills, with a commitment to providing excellent service by identifying operational needs, evaluating business processes, and contributing to solutions that drive meaningful client and business impact.
- Demonstrated ability to execute with a bias for action by supporting process and project delivery, contributing to day-to-day operations, and driving operational excellence through strong process management and an enterprise mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written formats, build strong working relationships, foster an inclusive work environment, and actively seek and apply feedback to support collaboration and successful program execution.
- Demonstrated business acumen and business analysis skills, with a commitment to providing excellent service by identifying operational needs, supporting process improvements, and contributing to solutions that drive meaningful client and business impact.
- Demonstrated ability to act with integrity and sound judgment by applying risk management principles, identifying and escalating operational risks, and supporting well-controlled, compliant operations in a dynamic business environment.
- Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools (such as chat-based assistants and built-in features like Microsoft Copilot) to support everyday tasks including research, organizing information, and creating presentations with a strong interest in learning and using these tools responsibly.
