Job Summary:

We are seeking highly motivated emerging talent to participate in a 10-week immersive internship program from June 8, 2026, to August 14, 2026. This program offers university and graduate students hands-on experience through project-based work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Throughout the program, Interns will have exposure to mentorship, networking, and professional development opportunities.

The Electrical Engineering intern will help to maintain the electronics database, develop design drawings, and perform entry level electrical design tasks.

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop electrical schematic drawings
  • Update and maintain electrical component databases
  • Support electronic component testing on flight and prototype hardware
  • Develop ground support equipment
  • Support mid-level and senior engineers with their projects
  • Contribute ideas for process improvement and operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university in Electrical Engineering.
  • Strong interest in Science & Exploration
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Altium
  • Ability to travel for in-person orientation and program kickoff as well as for final presentation at program completion

 Preferences:

  • Previous internship, coursework, or project experience related to electrical engineering

Hourly Pay Range: $23.50 - $30.00 per hour

*Hourly rate determined by academic year, college major, line of business, geography
