LOCATION & DURATION
All internships will be based in our Shanghai office. This internship starts in June 2025 for approximately 10-12 weeks. This is a full-time (40 hours per week) paid internship.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Legal Summer Intern will support the Legal and Compliance department on a priority summer project to develop employee compliance training materials. The intern will help translate legal and policy concepts into clear slide decks and short training videos while gaining exposure to cross-functional work inside an in-house legal and compliance team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support a summer compliance project by creating and updating employee training materials and related communications
- Conduct legal and compliance research in the life sciences field
- Assist with drafting, reviewing, proofreading and revising routine contracts and other legal documents
REQUIREMENTS
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Law at a top-tier law school in mainland China or abroad
- Proactive, eager to learn, and highly organized, with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age by June 1, 2026
