Join Canada's leading bank as a Fall Student Coordinator on the Cards Marketing team, where you'll support mass campaigns from execution to launch while learning the strategy behind our products and how we connect with audiences in meaningful ways.

- Be returning back to school after the work term end-date; or
- If you are not returning back to school (i.e. are graduating immediately after the work term), you must require the full work term as a mandatory component in order to graduate successfully
Job Description
What will you do?
- Support the development of creative briefs, campaign presentations, and strategic planning materials
- Assist with end-to-end campaign execution across multiple channels, including coordinating deliverables, tracking timelines, and ensuring all components are deployment ready
- Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners throughout the creative development process—from briefing through review, revisions, and final approvals
- Maintain project tracking tools and status reports to keep stakeholders informed of campaign progress and key milestones
- Develop regular performance reporting to analyze campaign results and identify insights that inform future initiatives
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform campaign strategy and positioning
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- Currently enrolled in (and returning to) a Canadian post-secondary institution with a focus in marketing, communications, psychology, sociology, or other related discipline
- Strength in working collaboratively within teams
- Detail-oriented and excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task
- A basic understanding of external marketing channels
- A strong desire to learn while moving projects forward
Nice-to-have
- Understanding of financial services or credit card products
- Previous marketing experience (work or volunteer experience)
