As an Intern, you will:
Perform monthly or quarterly closing activities including posting of journal entries and Balance sheet reconciliation;
Assist with statutory and tax accounting activities which includes local compliance reporting & external submissions, withholding tax filing, preparation of tax package etc
Assist with Payroll close and reconciliation activities
Assist with coordination of SOX and compliance matters
Support and implement initiatives for automation, process improvement, and transformation on accounting
Job Qualification
The candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business, or any professional certifications (ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW, CPA, etc)
Min 3.40 CGPA
Proactive working attitude, driven, good critical thinking skills, good communication skills
Adaptable to a MNC day-to-day activities/environment
