Human Resources Intern:
Are you looking for a fun and educational internship this summer that will jump-start your career? Central Bank’s Human Resources department is accepting applications for the 202+ Summer Internship Experience.
Through the Central Bank Internship Experience, you will gain hands-on experience within the financial industry while growing professionally and having fun on the job. Through a mix of development opportunities, you will learn about the deep history of Central Bank and the financial industry. You will get to network with bank and community leaders and learn about the diverse career paths Central offers.
As an Human Resources Intern, you will be responsible for assisting with the development and facilitation of trainings. You will learn about current recruitment efforts and assist in recruitment materials. You will learn more about HR compliance through helping organize and scan employment files. You will gain hands on experience with employee engagement by assisting with various employee engagement events throughout the summer. No two days will be the same, as you will be working with departments and employee from all across the bank.

We are looking for students who are active students enrolled in an accredited business, finance, marketing, or other relevant program. You will need to be a quick learner, dependable, and detail oriented. We are also looking for students who are problem solvers and who have time management skills. You will need to have excel and word knowledge. You will also need to have strong confidentiality skills.
