- Support continuous improvement projects focused on throughput, efficiency, and waste reduction.
- Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements and standardization efforts
- Analyze manufacturing processes to reduce scrap and downtime
- All other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Education
- Pursuing a Bachelors degree fulltime in Mechanical, Materials, Industrial, or related engineering field.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Available to work 40 hours each week.
- Graduation date of December 2027 or later.
- CAD 3-D modeling experience preferred.
- Must be able to work in the US without Visa Sponsorship.
