As a Full Time Analyst in the 2026 Corporate - Corporate Analyst Development Program, you will gain insight into how our businesses come together to serve our clients around the world. You'll have the opportunity to make meaningful contributions while developing your professional expertise in a dynamic team environment. This two-year rotational program offers the unique opportunity to sharpen your technical, analytical and leadership skills. You'll start with hands-on training, and then participate in three eight-month rotations within the program's core disciplines and across our Operations and Compliance teams. Upon successful completion of the program, we will work with you to identify your next role.

Job responsibilities
- Understand and identify connections between business opportunities / challenges and underlying data.
- Work with Operations and Compliance teams to communicate business needs and help drive the direction of a project throughout its life cycle
- Identify potential improvement opportunities by assessing risks, costs, and benefits of alternative decision and engaging business stakeholders
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Pursuing a degree qualification with solid academic background and an expected graduation of April 2025 through March 2026
- Available to start full-time employment from April 2026
- Excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to thrive in ever changing environments
- Japanese fluency is required for this role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- A strong team player who is proactive, responsive, and can thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Aptitude to digest large amounts of information while using it to develop innovative solutions with strong attention to detail
- A desire to participate in a rotational program across all lines of business
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Enthusiasm for financial services
- Relevant internship experience and demonstrated leadership in a school or community organization
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Business level of English is preferred.

Relocation assistance will not be provided for the Corporate Analyst Development Program.
A portion of the interview process may be conducted in person in our Tokyo office
