INTERNSHIP FORMAT
This internship will follow a hybrid/in-person model. Interns will be based at the Stellantis Headquarters and Technology Center in Auburn Hills, Michigan or other partner venues, and are expected to work on-site 3 to 5 days per week, depending on business needs. Relocation assistance may be available for candidates who meet specific eligibility criteria. The internship program is scheduled to run from May through August 2026.

DEPARTMENT DETAILS
The Brand intern will be placed within one of the following roles supporting either the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram or Fiat brands. Brand Marketing Intern The Brand Product Marketing Intern will assist in developing marketing and brand strategies through assessment of customer aspirations and the analysis of the competitive environment. They will also help identify and develop marketing plans consistent with customer attitudes and values to achieve business goals. In addition, the intern will coordinate buyers' demographics and research while obtaining knowledge of product and customers.
Brand Customer Experience Intern
This role is responsible for accelerating the design, creation, implementation, and optimization of the brand’s customer-centric shopping and ownership journey. This role will drive the integration of customer experience and digital technology to deliver the Brand Promise, support new product launches, and provide a seamless and highly personalized digital shopping, purchase and delivery experience across all customer touchpoints. This role will collaborate with brand and functional stakeholders to grow brand and service offering preferences and achieve best-in-class customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Product Planning Intern
The Product Planning intern will directly support their respective product team. They will be assigned to a project based on vehicle line segmentation to be identified at the time of hire. Depending on the segment supported, the intern will be involved in current and/or future program initiatives to help determine product content and scope. Roles will include benchmarking current and future competitive vehicle actions and extensive analysis and synthesis of customer data to help guide the development of a product plan.
Preferred QualificationsBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Pursuing an associate degree or higher from an accredited college or university
- Able to work full-time, 40 hours per week during the internship
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Majoring in Marketing, Finance, Economics, Business or related field
- Completion of freshman year or higher at an accredited college or university by the spring of 2026
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various organizational levels and with external partners
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and achieve goals in a fast-paced environment
- Proven leadership in academic pursuits, extracurricular activities, or service organizations
- Pursuing an MBA or other Master's degree
- Strong project management skills
- Strong interest in automotive industry
