Northrop Grumman is seeking a Associate Pricing Analyst (Level 1). This position will be located at our Mission Systems Sector in Rolling Meadows, IL.

The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman’s Multidomain Sensing, Targeting and Survivability (MSTS) Division Pricing & Estimating team.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Work in a team environment to develop proposals in response to customer requests
  • Prepare Proposals in compliance with applicable government regulations and internal policies
  • Present proposal recommendations to management
  • Prepare certified cost and pricing data packages
  • Support proposal audits and negotiations with customers

Basic Qualifications: 

A candidate must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must:

  • Be completing or has completed their degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD) from an accredited institution
  • Be majoring in or having majored in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
  • Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)
  • The ability to obtain Special Access Program within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs 
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools/applications, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel
  • Be a U.S. citizen

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher
  • Experience in pricing, finance, contracts, business and/or business operations.
  • Prior Price estimating experience
  • Experience with ProPricer
  • Experience with Cost/Price Analysis
  • Experience with Data Analytics
  • Experience creating and delivering presentations
  • Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and other U.S. Federal Government contracting regulations

Associate Pricing Analyst Salary Range:

$ 58,400 -$ 87,600
