We are looking for you to join our team as a Test Engineer based out of the Annapolis Junction / Hanover MD area.
What You'll Get to Do:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Execute contractor testing against an offensive cyber platform within a customer’s environment.
- Develop and execute test plans and procedures using testing tools to ensure all acceptance criteria are met and the software quality conforms to established policy and standards.
- Work in a team environment utilizing Agile processes to automate test cases and procedures for functional and non-functional domains, solving the most complex escalated issues.
- Troubleshoot issues found during testing and relay to Field Service Engineers for resolution.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and interface with the agile team(s) and other program staff as required.
- Improve our continuous delivery pipeline, ensuring that we can roll out frequent, robust releases.
This position requires full time work onsite at our Annapolis Junction, MD location AND/OR Hanover, MD customer location.
Basic Qualifications for Associate SW Test Engineer:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering from an accredited university with 2 years of experience.
- Must have a current, active DoD Top Secret Clearance. Must be eligible for SCI clearance. (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)
- Experience writing Python scripts.
- Experience working System Test, SW Development and/or Systems Engineering.
- Familiarity with CI/CD principles.
- Experience with Windows/Linux operating systems & Virtual Machines (VMs).
- Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher (unofficial academic transcripts must be provided at time of application by uploading the documents to your application or profile)
Preferred Qualifications for Associate SW Test Engineer:
- Familiarity with testing principles, best practices and procedures.
- Active TS/SCI Clearance

Salary Range Level 1: $96,700 -$103,800
