Schedule: Monday – Friday
Program Dates: June 1, 2026 – August 7, 2026
Location: In-office – St. Paul, MN
Compensation: $20/hour
Must be 21 years old by the start of the internship
Ideally completing junior year and entering senior year
Majoring in Accounting or Finance
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our Finance team. This internship offers hands-on experience in core finance operations, including Accounts Payable, Supplier Chargebacks, and Credit.
The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and interested in developing a strong foundation in financial operations and business processes within a large, national organization.
Assist in processing invoices and expense reports
Maintain accurate documentation and records within the accounts payable system
Reconcile vendor statements and help resolve discrepancies
Partner with the team to create supplier chargebacks and apply supplier payments
Identify past-due balances and reconcile discrepancies with suppliers
Assist in monitoring accounts to identify potential risks or overdue accounts
Support the credit team in generating and analyzing credit reports
Apply customer payments and maintain accurate account records
