Technology Analyst Program

The Fiserv Technology Analyst Program is an early career development program where candidates experience two structured assignments within one specific track over a 2-2.5-year period. Each assignment will build on the other and provide a breadth of experience within Fintech. The program offers extensive training, mentoring, on-the-job learning, and exposure to senior leadership, positioning you for advancement within Fiserv upon completing the program. 

What does a successful Technology Analyst do?

We are looking for a proactive analyst to join our team! This program will give you the opportunity to code, program, test, analyze application software, and/or technical project management. You will assist in supporting existing business applications or be a part of a team in the creation of new applications that benefit our vast client base! 

You must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship. Military-affiliated applicants encouraged to apply (Veterans, Military Spouses, Guard/Reservists).

What you will do:

  • Code using a variety of languages such as Java, Python, C, C# and more!
  • Work collaboratively to develop premier solutions for our internal and external partners.
  • Design and document moderately sophisticated technical requirements for business applications.
  • Consult with business analysts to identify business needs.

What you will need to have:

  • Recent graduate of a bachelor's degree program with a Technology or Mathematics major
  • 3.0+ GPA
  • 0-2 years of professional work experience
  • Knowledge of .NET, JCL, Java, Javascript, Python, R Languages, or SQL
  • Application/Software development experience either through internships or course work.

What would be great to have:

  • Familiarity with .NET, COBOL, PowerBi, Tableau, and other relevant technologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Detail oriented. Excellent organization skills
  • Ability to handle diverse workloads and multiple deadlines
  • Experience in Excel and PowerPoint, and have a technical aptitude to learn new applications quickly

Please Note: Our Technology Analyst Program interview process begins in September and typically lasts through December for a January or June 2025 start date. You can expect to hear from one of our recruiters if your qualifications align.
