Overview:
DV Trading is looking for a tech-savvy individual to assist our IT team in delivering excellent support to end-users. This internship will provide opportunities to learn about IT operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and enhance your communication & problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for IT support, logging and prioritizing user requests via phone, email, or in-person.
- Assist with troubleshooting hardware, manage desk setups, and application issues.
- Resolve basic technical problems or escalate them to senior staff as needed.
- Help maintain records of IT support activities and contribute to our knowledge base.
- Assist in IT asset management, including inventory tracking.
- Provide friendly and professional support to end-users.
Requirements:
- A keen interest in technology and IT systems.
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, or Linux), hardware, and software.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
- Willingness to learn and collaborate with a team.
Hourly pay range $30.00-$40.00
