Mr. Cooper's summer internship program offers college students the chance to discover what it's like to work at a leading financial services organization. Our interns deliver innovative solutions to real business challenges and build enduring relationships with their manager and an assigned mentor. The Finance Intern will provide timely, relevant and accurate reporting & analysis of the results of the division’s performance against historical, budgeted, forecasted and strategic plans to facilitate decision-making toward the achievement of the budget and strategic plan.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Track project related costs and benefits

Ensure benefits committed to are being realized

Work closely with operations, finance and IT leadership to compile relevant data

Other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:

Be enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university or have graduated within one year of start (June 2025)

Majoring in Business, Finance or Accounting

Strong Communication Skills

Excel knowledge preferred

Candidates must have authorization to work permanently in the US without the need for sponsorship (Currently, our organization is unable to support candidates that are on OPT, CPT or candidates that will need sponsorship, now or in the future)

Must be able to commute to our Cypress Waters location in Coppell, Texas
