Jencap Summer Insurance Internship:  Why consider an internship with Jencap, a leading National Wholesaler?

Because we are offering you a unique experience that will be both challenging and rewarding and provide you with hands on experience!  The Internship Program will run for eight weeks beginning in June 2025. 

As an intern you will:

  • Be assigned meaningful work assignments with one of our core business units:  Brokerage or Delegated Binding Authority.  You will be working with the Team on real work assignments and be assigned mentors.  As part of your experience with us you will also shadow staff members, be involved in team meetings and activities.
  • You will also be interacting with the VP of Training & Development and the other interns on training and education hubs.  You will be assigned a group assignment with the interns that will allow you to offer your ideas that will be meaningful with a final presentation to Jencap leaders at the end of the internship.

Hiring in Multiple Jencap Offices Including:  Springfield, MO.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Two or more business courses at an accredited college
  • Rising Senior status, May 2026 graduate
  • Business major
