Solomon Partners is looking for eager undergraduate sophomores with diverse perspectives to help us shape our firm for the future. All sophomore students who are interested in the Sophomore Summit program, regardless of background, are welcome to apply.
- The Summit is a two-day program that will take place at Solomon Partners' New York City office.
- During the Summit, selected attendees will have the opportunity to learn about Solomon Partners and investment banking, network with firm professionals, and receive interview advice from our HR team.
- The Summit will conclude with an accelerated interview process for our 2026 Investment Banking Summer Analyst Program.
- Selected participants for the Summit will receive a confirmation email containing all relevant details.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program with an anticipated graduation date between December 2026 - June 2027
- Demonstrated academic excellence; GPA of 3.5 or higher
- U.S. citizen or permanent resident
