2025 GLOBAL FINANCE & BUSINESS MANAGEMENT ANALYST PROGRAM - FULL-TIME OPPORTUNITY
The Global Finance & Business Management (GF&BM) function within JPMorganChase is a dynamic organization that plays a critical role, particularly as regulatory and capital requirements continue to impact the way we do business.
The Global Finance & Business Management (GF&BM) Analyst Program provides MBA and CA candidates the opportunity to be part of the global brand within JPMorganChase. The 33-month rotational program provides Analysts with the opportunity to undertake two rotations. In addition, the program will aid your overall professional development via various structured and non-structured training interventions, developing technical capabilities, career guidance and hands-on experience.
What to Expect
Global Finance & Business Management (GF&BM) function in India provides high quality financial services within the Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB), Asset & Wealth Management (AWM), Consumer & Community Bank (CCB) lines of business as well as Corporate functions. GFBM covers the entire spectrum of activities i.e. Legal Entity Control, Regulatory Reporting, Product Control, Financial Control, Financial Information Reporting Solutions, and other strategic initiatives undertaken by Finance across the globe

You'll combine sophisticated analysis methods, accurate reporting and financial discipline to ensure the firm is meeting its goals. The Global Finance & Business Management function is critical to all facets of the business, dedicated to continually making our business better - strategically, financially and operationally.
Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with line of business controllers, middle office, and operations, to ensure understanding of monthly profit and loss.
  • Manage the monthly consolidation of JPMorgan Chase income statement and balance sheet.
  • Develop and maintain financial reports and schedules to be in line with CIS / LOCAL GAAP
  • Collaborate with Business/Controllers to ensure Month-end control for checks such as Inter-entity, Investment Equity, unnatural are in line with Legal Entity standards.
  • Responsible for monthly General Ledger Attestation documentation.
  • Prepare the firmwide/LocaI regulatory reporting within definite timelines.
  • Adhere to SOX, RCSA, Audits, Quality Assurance, and other MIS functions.
  • Control post-closing entries and consolidation adjustments.
  • Perform various control procedures to ensure the integrity of reported financial results.
  • Monitoring and analysis of key drivers impacting business performance against plan & forecast including providing insightful commentaries.
  • Participating in key project /automation initiatives.


Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Qualified CA
  • Completed minimum 2 years of article ship
  • Work Experience: O - 6 Months (excluding articleship)
  • A well-rounded academic background with an interest in financial management
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative work environment
  • Basic understanding of financial statements, accounting procedures, internal and external reporting, and variance analysis
  • Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
  • Comfortable to join our offices in Mumbai & Bengaluru
  • Willing to work in ASIA & UK time zones.
