The Role

Job Summary

As a key member of Strategic Planning & Integration team within GRM COO Office, you will be responsible for collecting, managing and enhancing GRM’s Productivity Metrics including GRM’s Wall of Numbers (WoN) to ensure they align with GRM’s strategic objectives, provide accurate and timely information to inform management decisions, and provide insight and transparency into GRM’s cost drivers. You will support the analysis and extraction of key productivity data and information to identify efficiency opportunities, propose actionable solutions/recommendations, and develop/lead productivity engagements and work plans. You will also provide support to effectively manage the Cost Transparency mandate for the Function.

Job Description

What will you do?

  • Manage the end-to-end Wall of Numbers reporting for GRM, which includes review/refresh of service allocations for existing employees and seek service allocations for new employees in existing/new transits.
  • Review service allocations for transits without any FTE.
  • Regular review/update of GRM service taxonomy to keep it relevant and always refreshed.
  • Review/update transit mapping to SLTs to generate accurate WoN views for their areas.
  • Produce the Quarterly Productivity deck focusing on WoN analysis and recommendations.

  • Skill to navigate through unknowns.
  • Pursuing a graduate or undergraduate degree in business, finance or economics.
  • Prior experience in or knowledge of the financial industry is an asset.

    Please note: This posting is for a 4-months Fall 2025 Student placement with a start date of September 2025, and end date of December 2025. In order to be eligible for this 4-months Student position, you must either:

    • Be returning back to school after the work term end-date of December 2025 ; or
    • If you are not returning back to school (i.e. are graduating in December 2025), you must require the full 4-months work term as a mandatory component to in order to graduate successfully.
