PAY RANGE
The Target Pay Range for this position is $18 - $25/hr hourly. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

Employees have access to disability and AD&D insurance. We also offer health care and dependent care flexible spending accounts, as well as health savings accounts, to eligible employees. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan and employer-funded retirement plan. Newly hired employees accrue 6.16 hours of paid time off (PTO) on a per pay period basis based on hours worked (up to a maximum of 160 PTO hours per year) and receive ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. To join our dynamic team, we require candidates to be residents of WA. If you’re located within a reasonable driving distance from Tukwila, we are requesting that you come into our HQ on Tuesdays & Wednesdays. For those candidates that live outside the commute distance of TFC and in any of our approved remote work locations, this role will be remote. Remote or onsite, we are committed to ensuring you are fully engaged and included in our collaborative environment.

IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE
As an Experience Program Intern at BECU, you’ll be a key contributor to enhancing employee performance and member experiences. Under the guidance of experienced professionals, you’ll support process refinement, training improvements, and compliance initiatives. Through analyzing interactions, identifying performance trends, and recommending impactful solutions, you’ll gain valuable hands-on experience while driving continuous improvement in employee development and member satisfaction.
WHAT YOU’LL DO

Evaluate Member Interactions: Utilize analytics tools, survey feedback, and monitoring systems to assess employee performance and provide structured feedback.

Drive Process Improvements: Identify gaps, recommend solutions, and implement enhancements to increase efficiency, reduce risks, and elevate the overall experience.

Analyze Performance Trends: Identify skill gaps, recommend training opportunities, and provide coaching strategies to strengthen employee performance.

Collaborate on Training Initiatives: Serve as a subject matter expert to assist in the development and delivery of training and performance solutions.

Ensure Compliance Awareness: Maintain open communication with teams to reinforce regulatory requirements and best practices.

Maintain Quality Assurance Standards: Design and execute QA checks to uphold accuracy, policy adherence, and process effectiveness.

Enhance Knowledge Management: Develop and maintain resources that streamline workflows and improve employee access to essential information.

Monitor & Report Key Metrics: Compile data, track performance trends, and create reports that highlight strengths, areas for improvement, and benchmarking insights.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications

Currently enrolled full-time in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business or equivalent degree program.
