About the DWS P.A.C.E. program
Our 2-year P.A.C.E. program consists of a technical training period and is followed by rotations within your assigned division within your assigned division, where you will have the opportunity to implement your technical training in a practical setting with expert guidance.
You will:
- Gain a deep insight into how the Corporate Functions support and enable the success of the firm
- Be part of the Global P.A.C.E. community
- Collaborate with a wide range of colleagues across different departments
- Challenge the norm and contribute your own ideas and improvement suggestions
- Solve challenges together with your team
- Be empowered with accountability for your actions
About the Client Coverage division
The primary aim of the Client Coverage Division is to provide sustainable financial futures for all of our clients and to serve our institutional investors and distributors worldwide. Innovation is crucial, so we combine creativity and intelligence with technology to develop new ways of meeting the financial needs of our clients.
We’re looking for:
- Proactive, Agile, Curious and Entrepreneurial Graduates
- Innovators, creative thinkers, and collaborators
- Driven and committed graduates
- A team player with a curious mind
- Someone with a keen interest in financial services
- Must have graduated or be on track to graduate from a bachelor’s or master’s degree in either 2024 or 2025.
- Must possess less than 12 months of full-time, relevant work experience (excluding internships).
- Must be available to start full-time work on September 1st, 2025.
