This Position reports to:
Production Engineering Manager
You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and participating in the Rotational Trainee Program.
The work model for the role is: #LI-OnSite
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Complete a eighteen months rotational program with the ABB Electrification team in MX.
- Supporting the implementation, delivery, and continuous improvement of products and services within the defined area as directed.
- Participating in formal training to develop personal and leadership skills in preparation for future professional roles.
- Delivering the assigned tasks/projects within the assignment period.
- Contributing to diverse social events and team activities and using the chance to establish a broad network within ABB.
Qualifications for the role
- Degree in Engineering with no more than 3 years of experience (internship is considered as experience)
- Desire to learn and grow from a diverse set of experiences and people
- A growth mindset focused on continual learning and improvement
- You are at ease communicating in English at advanced level (must)
- Desirable knowledge in Power BI and AI applied to Engineering
- Hold current valid American visa (mandatory)
