- Using computers

performing tasks related to organization and strong

maintain office policies and

- Maintain polite
and professional communication via phone, e-mail,

supplies inventory by checking stock to determine
inventory level, anticipating needed supplies,
placing and expediting orders for

- Liaise with
executive and senior administrative assistants to handle
requests and queries from senior
managers
Requirements
- Proven experience
as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual
Assistant or Office Admin
Assistant
- Associate’s
Degree in a related
field
- 3 years of
administrative assistant experience
- Proficiency in MS
Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in
particular)
- Multilingual may be
preferred or required
- Excellent time
management skills and the ability to prioritize
work
- Desire to be
proactive and create a positive experience for
others
- Strong
organizational skills with the ability to
multi-task
- Working knowledge
of office equipment, like printers and fax
machines
