Deere & Company is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer I in Dubuque, IA with the following requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, related field or foreign equivalent plus 2 years related experience. Required skills: Experience with Industrial Engineering for fabrication processes including: process and layout design, use of SAP transactions for routing creation in order to calculate man power and shop floor capacity and requirements to build new products (1 yr); Experience with Laser Cutting Programming to build prototype parts for agricultural equipment and troubleshooting of nesting reporting issues (1 yr); Experience with Press Brake Bending Programming to build prototype parts for agricultural equipment and troubleshoot press brake systems on the shop floor (1 yr); Experience with fixture and tooling design to identify and design the tooling requirement to build the structure for all new agricultural equipment products, Fixture Modification and Build (1 yr). Up to 5% domestic and international travel required.
