Develop and advance technology to ensure 3GPP standard compliance for Motorola's Unified Communication Product suite. The team develops various software tools and capabilities to facilitate the integration of 3GPP defined Mission Critical Services(MCS) Standard based features for Various partners/customers worldwide. Work with customers integrate with MSI Mission Critical Server using 3GPP Standards based interfaces for a vast set of features and functionalities including MCPTT, MCData, MCVIDEO and MC Common Services ID Management, Group, Group/Config Management, Location Services.

Skills Required
- 3–6 years of hands-on software development experience using C or C++
- Experience developing in Windows or Linux/Unix environments
- Understanding of compile and build tools in Linux, Windows, Android, or iOS environments
- Understanding of VoIP architecture, protocols, standards, and applications, including SIP, RTP, RTCP, SRTP, sockets, and HTTP
- Knowledge of WPF, HTTP, ECC, OIDC, XML, JSON, C++, and GitHub
- Knowledge of VoIP and video streaming fundamentals
- Knowledge of multithreaded applications
- Basic knowledge of networking technologies, including HTTP, TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, SSL, firewalls, and NAT
- Ability to work overlapping schedules with US and UK/Europe time zones
- Experience debugging with Wireshark or tcpdump
- Familiarity with 3GPP Mission Critical Standards and IETF RFCs
- Knowledge of video streaming or application development
- Knowledge of AES-GCM, Mikey-Sakke, XML Signature, and XML Encryption
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud environments and tools
- Knowledge of databases and database interactions
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python
- Experience with Agile or Scrum processes
