1. Investigação de desvios de qualidade de processos de embalagem e manufatura

2. Investigação e suporte para investigação de reclamações de mercado

3. Gerenciamento e execução de ações CAPA

4. Cumprir com ações de compliance de SHE e Qualidade

5. Suporte e revisão dos procedimentos (Logbooks/PLs/PSs/SOPs/Fluxogramas/WI, MPDs, GMBR, PVL, PMBR) da área de produção, juntamente com o controle de seu treinamento.

6. Contribuir nas iniciativas de melhoria do site (A3 Estratégicos, 8-Steps, etc.).

7. Responsável por Tópico QMS relacionado a produção, representando a Produção em auditorias GMP internas e externas.

8. Atuar como lider ou SME em análise de riscos de qualidade (QRA).

9. Dar suporte à área de produtos médicos.

10. Contribuir nas iniciativas de melhoria do site (OKR Estratégicos, etc.).

11. Representar a Produção nos Projetos do site, com impacto nas atividades e processos produtivos. 

Educação, Experiência e Habilidades Requeridas   

Curso Superior Completo em Farmácia ou áreas afins

Inglês: avançado

Educação, Experiência e Habilidades Desejáveis

 Mínimo 3 anos de experiencia na área de produção farmacêutica (Manufatura e Embalagem), preferencialmente com Garantia da Qualidade também. Atuação com diferentes formas farmacêutica (sólidos e líquidos). Conhecimentos em Packaging Control; Manufacturing Practices; Qualificação de equipamentos atendendo os requisitos de usuário e de qualidade; Auditoria; Boas Práticas de Fabricação; Foco no cliente; Reclamação de mercado; Desvios; Análise de Risco; Documentação; além de melhoria contínua e resolução de problemas, identificando pontos de ocorrência e sua(s) causa(s) raiz(es).
