This is an opportunity to build a long-term career within a high-performance, international business, with structured training, uncapped earning potential and a clear pathway for progression.

As a 180 Consultant, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging specialist professionals, building strong relationships and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process. You'll develop valuable commercial and relationship-building skills while becoming an expert within your chosen market.

No previous recruitment experience is required. We're looking for people with the ambition, resilience and determination to succeed.

The Role

As a 180 Consultant, you'll take ownership of the candidate side of the recruitment process, working alongside experienced consultants to deliver high-quality talent for clients.

You will:

  • Continuously develop your recruitment, communication and commercial skills

Who Thrives Here?

We welcome applicants from a wide range of backgrounds, including customer service, retail, hospitality, call centres, sales, administration and other fast-paced environments.

You don't need recruitment experience. What matters is your attitude, ambition and willingness to learn.

Organised and Comfortable with Technology

You'll manage candidate pipelines, maintain relationships and keep track of important information. Strong organisation, attention to detail and confidence using technology are essential.

Personable, Professional and Confident

You'll regularly communicate with professionals at different levels, so strong communication and relationship-building skills are key. You should be confident speaking to new people and able to build trust quickly.

Goal-Oriented and Ambitious

We're looking for people who want to build something for themselves. Whether you're motivated by career progression, financial independence or personal achievement, you'll have the opportunity to turn your ambition into tangible results.

What You'll Gain
  • Uncapped commission with transparent earning progression
