Requirements
  • 10-15 years of experience in DoW Communications.
  • Experience using Office365.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Conflict resolution skills.
  • Leadership abilities.
  • Risk management mindset.
  • Understanding of program management principles.
  • Experience budgeting and forecasting.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.

Candidate Differentiators:

  • Experience with:
    • Tactical Communications.
    • Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance.
    • Defense Information Systems Agency.

Mandatory Certifications:

  • PMP or equivalent.

Personnel Clearance Level:

  • Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active TS/SCI security clearance.
  • A clearance will not be sponsored.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a Management or Technical field of study.

Essential Job Duties (not all-inclusive):

  • Provides Enterprise-Level program support to ensure successful implementation of Government directed initiatives and activities affecting the execution/accomplishment of program infrastructure and systems.
  • Provides reports, updates, and status of all tasked deliverables, guides, requirements definition, solution delivery, resource identification and allocation, and assists with the overall oversight and management of approved task orders.
  • Assists the Government in production and reviewing program-specific documentation/requirements, attends councils, boards, working groups, and integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings.
  • Provides monthly updates and invoices to the Government technical point of contact focused on the proactive identification of any underrun/over execution issues/concerns potentially impacting the cost, performance, and/or timely for contracted activities.

Salary Range: $137,000 - $265,000 annually.
