Sigma Defense is seeking a Mid-Level ASW Weapons Analyst to support the U.S. Navy Ship Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) Readiness and Effectiveness Measuring (SHAREM) at Surface and Mine Warfighting Development Center (SMWDC) in San Diego, CA.

Requirements
- 10+ years of Navy experience relating to ship/submarine/aircraft operations and warfare tasks specifically including exercise weapons firings.
- 3+ years of experience planning exercise activities on Navy training ranges.
- 3+ years of experience analyzing the results of ASW weapons firings.
- Capability for preparation of briefings, reports, and correspondence that are technically correct.
- Possession of excellent analytical problem-solving skills.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
Personnel Clearance Level:
- Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active Secret security clearance or higher.
- Clearance may be sponsored for the right candidate.
Essential Job Duties (not all-inclusive)
- Observes and supports at-sea firings of weapons in naval exercises.
- Extracts weapon firing data from all available sources.
- Reconstructs weapon firing data to formulate accurate assessments of weapon performance, surface combatant, or air delivery attack proficiency, and surface combatant evasion tactics.
- Communicates exercise results, orally and in written format, to representatives of naval commands, engineering labs, and program offices.
- Assists providing insight during ad hoc weapons meetings, workshops, and conferences.
Salary Range: $99,000 - $105,000 annually.
