About the project 
As we continue to grow, we are looking to add a Sr. Technical Consultant – Power Platform Automation to the team. If you have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate and Power Platform, and are passionate about modernizing enterprise automation, this is a great opportunity for you. 

What you'll do 

• Assess existing UiPath automation portfolios (processes, robots, Orchestrator, queues, credentials, dependencies) and build a migration inventory and complexity-scoring model. 

• Develop a prioritized migration roadmap, converting UiPath workflows into Power Platform designs. 

• Build Power Automate cloud flows using standard, premium, and custom connectors, integrating with SharePoint, Teams, SQL, ERP systems, and Azure services. 

• Build attended and unattended Power Automate Desktop flows automating Windows, web, Citrix, Excel, PDF, and legacy applications. 

• Design orchestration, error-handling, retry, and resilience patterns for migrated automations. 

• Partner with Business Analysts and process owners to document current/future-state processes and define measurable automation outcomes (cost, cycle time, error reduction, etc.). 

• Implement API- and connector-based integrations, manage credentials securely, and ensure compliance with enterprise governance and data-loss prevention policies. 

• Package solutions for Azure DevOps deployment pipelines and run functional, regression, and side-by-side UiPath-vs-Power Automate testing. 

• Lead cutover planning, go-live support, monitoring, and root-cause troubleshooting for production automations. 

• Maintain technical documentation, participate in Agile ceremonies, and mentor junior developers. 

What makes you a great fit 

• 6+ years of experience in business process automation, RPA, workflow, or enterprise integration. 

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Power Automate and Power Automate Desktop. 

• Strong experience with UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator. 

• Proven experience migrating or redesigning UiPath automations using Microsoft Power Platform. 

• Experience with both attended and unattended RPA solutions. 

• Hands-on experience with connectors, custom connectors, and Dataverse. 

• Working knowledge of APIs, REST, JSON, XML, SQL, and authentication methods. 

• Experience with Azure DevOps, source control, and release pipelines. 

• Nice to have: Power Apps, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Azure Logic Apps/Functions/Key Vault, Power Platform Center of Excellence experience, Dynamics 365, or background with SAP/Oracle/Workday/ServiceNow/Citrix. 
• Business-level English proficiency.
