Sigma Defense is seeking a Systems Engineer to support PMW160 and NIWC Pacific for U.S. Navy Enterprise networks. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to shape capability delivery by providing system design, system development, systems integration, configuration, troubleshooting, and lifecycle engineering support for Navy IT networks and systems. The candidate will work closely with Navy stakeholders and partner teams to ensure applications and services are documented and integrated effectively.

Requirements
Systems Engineer I:
- 0-2 Years of Experience.
- Knowledge of designing, developing, implementing, and integrating IT systems.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting/configuring IT environments.
- Knowledge of DoD cybersecurity and compliance requirements.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
Systems Engineer II:
- 3+ Years of Experience.
- Experience with designing, developing, implementing, and integrating IT systems.
- Experience with troubleshooting for complex IT environments.
- Experience with DoD cybersecurity and compliance requirements.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Systems Engineer III:
- 7+ Years of Experience.
- Expertise with designing, developing, implementing, and integrating IT systems.
- Expertise with troubleshooting for complex IT environments.
- Expertise with DoD cybersecurity and compliance requirements.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Mandatory Certifications:

Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Technical Degree from an accredited college or university in an unspecified field of study.
Essential Job Duties (not all-inclusive):
- Design, Develop, enhance, integrate, and maintain software and system components supporting PMW160 system configuration, deployment, and sustainment.
- Create, Modify, or enhance scripts and utilities used for configuration, automation, and deployment of various software.
- Integrate hardware and software with virtual infrastructures, Windows, Linux, via IP based and Non-IP based applications.
- Support and perform software patching, updates, and application compatibility testing to ensure system baseline integrity.
- Create and maintain system automation tools (e.g., Ansible, PowerShell, Python, Bash).
- Contribute to system compliance with DoD cybersecurity standards including STIG implementation and RMF validation.
- Troubleshoot complex issues in lab and deployed environments while providing root cause analysis, and defect resolution implementation.
- Collaborate with engineering team in a fast-paced operational environment to support operational readiness.
- Ensure customer requirements are met while operating effectively, considering all aspects of the product lifecycle, from design to maintenance.
- Participate and support production installation events, lab integration testing, and software readiness reviews.
Salary Ranges:
- Systems Engineer I: $75,000 - $100,000 annually.
- Systems Engineer II: $85,000 - $120,000 annually.
- Systems Engineer III: $120,000 - $140,000 annually.
